Can't ever log in
No matter what device I use, it doesn't recognize my LDS account password - iPad, my android phone, my husband's phone. Very frustrating! Also, since you require a pass phone and only have a mobile app version of this product, people will be using their phone. Please, please add a way to see the password you have entered.
Amazing
When it works, its great! Developers seem to respond in about a week, which is helpful. Occasionally it can get stuck (especially after an android update 🙄 which I blame android and t-mobile, who went from being behind on updates to hyper updating way too often). After my experience with the developer, I'd say, if it's not working, let them know. They seem reasonably responsive and oriented to get it working. This app is super resourceful coordinating work across the globe quick & efficiently.
What happened to this app? It's not functional at all?
Great app. But crashes on Android 12 and won't work. Please fix!
I normally LOVE this app, but for the last few days it just keeps spinning and won't load. I really need to print some cards ASAP. Not sure how to get them before going to them temple.
App just keeps saying it is loading. It won't load and it's getting frustrating
I cant get the program to load.
I always wanted to find family names to take to the temple, but didn't know where to start. After getting this app, I have taken so many names to the temple. Apparently, my family has a lot of work to be done because the app found over 60 names. I am beyond excited to do this work for them. Thank you for this app! I highly recommend it! I know the app was not working properly for a short time. I just emailed a message to Kinpoint and they got back to me quickly and resolved the issue quickly.
