"When it works, its great! Developers seem to respond in about a week, which is helpful. Occasionally it can get stuck (especially after an android update 🙄 which I blame android and t-mobile, who went from being behind on updates to hyper updating way too often). After my experience with the developer, I'd say, if it's not working, let them know. They seem reasonably responsive and oriented to get it working. This app is super resourceful coordinating work across the globe quick & efficiently."
